BPC Building Surveying is a Building Certification company located in the Sutherland Shire that serves Greater Sydney and surrounds.
The principal, Bryan Collum, is a registered Building Surveyor – Unrestricted. A member of the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors and the Association of Australian Certifiers, a Graduate of the Institution of Fire Engineers with liability limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation.
Bryan has been a qualified Building Surveyor since 1986 working with Council, establishing BPC Building Surveying in 2000 to certify building construction of Residential, Commercial and Industrial buildings of all classes and size.
Experience, integrity and knowledge of legislation are the core of BPC Building Surveying.

Years of experience includes Local Government, certification for insurance companies for the reinstatement/reconstruction of fire and Impact damaged buildings of all classes and size, auditing aged care nursing homes for the Federal Government Certification and inspections of social housing construction by the Federal Government Certification of building works for project home builders and generally for owners of all classes and size of buildings.
