Complying Development Certificates

Complying Development Certificates are issued for building works that meet predetermined standards of the Codes within the State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008.

Complying Development Certificates can be issued for new houses, secondary dwellings, residential alterations and additions, new commercial and industrial buildings, alterations and additions to commercial and industrial buildings, change of building use from an existing use, demolition, new dual occupancy dwellings and multi dwelling housing (terraces) and alterations and additions to dual occupancies and multi dwelling housing.
